From the deposit stage until your final payment, we are here to address any questions you may have. Two weeks before your final payment is due, you will receive a friendly reminder via email. After your final payment, as your trip approaches, you’ll receive a reminder about your travel documents, which we can review together. And then, it's time for Bon Voyage!

Throughout your journey, we encourage clients to keep us updated and feel free to reach out with any questions. Upon your return, we'll check in to hear about your experiences and discuss your next adventure.
